📢 Private Mode Notice — as of July 2026

Aumsetu has transitioned to a private, informational mode. New signups are no longer being accepted. This document remains in force for the historical relationship with existing partners who joined during the earlier open phase. Accounts of those partners have been safely deactivated; no payments were collected, and no dues are owed. Data of deactivated accounts will be securely deleted within 90 days per DPDP Act 2023 requirements, subject to statutory retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

Aumsetu.com is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing a white-label calculator and document-generation suite for financial professionals in India. The Service includes:

What Aumsetu is NOT: Not a Mutual Fund Distributor, not an Investment Adviser, not a Research Analyst, not a Portfolio Manager, not a Stock Broker. We do not solicit investments, do not recommend specific schemes, and do not provide personalised financial advice to end-investors. We provide software; you provide advice under your own regulatory registration.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

5.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal login credentials and the Access PIN you share with your clients. You agree to:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information including firm name, contact, credentials (ARN, COP, IRDAI etc). Misrepresentation may result in account termination.

6. Pricing, Payment & Renewal

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable GST will be added on invoicing (currently we are below the GST turnover threshold; this will change once threshold is crossed and will be notified with 30 days' advance notice). Payment via UPI, NEFT, RTGS, WhatsApp Pay, or manual bank transfer.

License auto-expires on the anniversary date unless renewed. We do not auto-charge — manual renewal required. Reminders sent 30/15/7 days before expiry via WhatsApp and email. A 14-day grace period applies after expiry before the branded suite URL is suspended.

You retain ownership of your firm details, logo, content, and customer data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  1. Make personalised investment recommendations without proper SEBI RIA registration
  2. Misrepresent unrealistic returns (input caps are in place; bypassing them is prohibited)
  3. Generate documents to commit fraud, deceive clients, or violate regulatory requirements
  4. Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) using the branded suite
  5. Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically download our code or data
  6. Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
  7. Circumvent the PIN gate, integrity hash, or other security measures
  8. Use the Service in any way that violates AMFI Code of Conduct, SEBI regulations, IRDAI guidelines, or applicable Indian law

10. Disclaimers — Not Investment Advice

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:

All calculations, projections, and reports generated by the Service are ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY based on inputs provided by the user or visitor. They are NOT:

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance does not indicate future returns. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.

Legal-document templates (Will, POA, Affidavit, RTI, Consumer Complaint, Rental Agreement, etc.) provided by the Service are templates only. They are not substitutes for legal advice. Consult a qualified advocate before execution. Stamp duty, registration, and witness requirements vary by state and must be independently verified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service, including all software, calculations, formulas, designs, copy, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks ("Aumsetu", "Aumsetu.com", our logo) for any purpose other than identifying the Service as the source of your branded suite.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Upon termination, your branded suite URL will be disabled, your data may be retained for legal/accounting purposes per the Privacy Policy, and no further fees are owed (refund as per Refund Policy).

14. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to your registered address at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Step 1 — Direct resolution: Email info@aumsetu.com explaining the dispute. We will respond within 14 business days.
  2. Step 2 — Mediation: If not resolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation via a mutually-agreed mediator.
  3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If still unresolved, dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Sirsa, Haryana. Language: English.
  4. Step 4 — Courts: Subject to arbitration above, courts at Sirsa, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights are preserved — consumer complaints may be filed at the appropriate Consumer Forum.
